ChangeIt is a platform that helps athletic departments and Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) collectives in college sports drive membership and recurring revenue. We partner with collectives and athletic departments to launch and grow sustainable, engaged communities that support student-athletes.

We’re looking for a Growth Lead to drive ChangeIt’s success across our partners. This is a mid-career, generalist role for someone who understands the college sports industry and can take ownership of marketing, creatives, partner launches, and campaign execution. You will work directly with collectives and athletic departments to help them grow their membership bases and maximize engagement.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive membership for our partner collectives.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute giveaways and member drive campaigns that leverage high-value prizes to attract new members.
  • Build and manage promotional calendars, including email, paid media, and social media marketing.
  • Create and optimize landing pages using Webflow and Unbounce.
  • Manage Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, and other paid channels to maximize campaign performance.
  • Work with freelancers and creative teams to develop compelling visual and written assets.

Industry Knowledge & Partner Engagement

  • Understand the evolving landscape of NIL, collectives, and college sports fundraising.
  • Work closely with athletic departments and collectives to tailor campaigns to their specific fan bases and goals.
  • Provide partners with strategic guidance on driving fan engagement and increasing membership conversions.

Client Management & Execution

  • Serve as the main point of contact for multiple collectives and athletic departments.
  • Lead partner onboarding and market launches, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing partners with actionable insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure success.

Who You Are

  • Mid-career generalist with 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, community or a similar role.
  • Deep knowledge of college sports, NIL, and collective fundraising.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong landing page design and development skills (Webflow, Unbounce, Figma).
  • Comfortable working with freelancers, agencies, and internal teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and client communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
