We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of our products across diverse markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that elevate product visibility and impact. In this role, you'll craft compelling product narratives, conduct market research, and deliver marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audiences, ensuring our products achieve their full potential in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

Product Positioning and Messaging:

  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Craft product narratives and value propositions to highlight unique selling points.

Go-to-Market Strategy and Launches:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and engineering) to define go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including launch timelines, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure alignment of go-to-market plans with business objectives and market trends.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and manage a variety of marketing assets such as product brochures, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and videos.
  • Produce product-related content that supports the sales team and improves lead generation efforts.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify customer needs, trends, and potential market opportunities.
  • Gather insights from customers, competitors, and market data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.

Sales Enablement and Support:

  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as product guides, demos, and training, to help sales teams effectively communicate product value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and refine product positioning to address those needs.
  • Support the creation of product demo scripts and presentations to enhance customer understanding.

Product and Market Expertise:

  • Stay informed about product updates, technology trends, and industry best practices to serve as the internal expert for assigned products.
  • Provide strategic insights to product development teams to inform future product features and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a tech environment.
  • Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive product marketing content.
  • Scrappy/Resourceful: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems creatively with limited resources.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with a variety of marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems, content management platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Research-Oriented: Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and aligned with the overall product messaging.
