We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence across multiple brands and client portfolios. You will play a key role in crafting and executing social media strategies that grow our online footprint, while also providing strategic communications support. In this role, you'll develop engaging campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and refine social media strategies to enhance both our brand's visibility and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement and expand our online presence across platforms.
  • Create and curate impactful, platform-specific content that aligns with business objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead integrated social media and PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with program leads to schedule interviews with key figures.
  • Write and distribute press releases to support key announcements and milestones.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through traditional media and PR channels.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and continuously optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content that reflects brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage customer support inquiries via social media, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain a comprehensive social media calendar that accounts for different brands, regional needs, and product-specific promotions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure social media initiatives align with broader marketing and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management, communications, or PR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that significantly grow engagement and followers.
  • Strong understanding of PR principles and how they integrate with social media.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and PR software.
  • Intermediate graphic design skills to create and edit visuals as needed.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, adaptable to various platforms and audiences.
  • Experience in crisis communication and managing social media reputation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
